Tugboat Island

We went to tugboat island today. It is the best kids park in all of South East Texas. Lots of fun and Addie Claire had a blast. I look forward to going back to the park, but Amy Says it is a lot better during the week, with less people . Addie had a good time playing after a rousing game of four year old soccer. Lots of great photo opportunities today.  I need to get back to gym and start to run and looking forward to playing a good round of  tennis.

Soccer,Soccer,Soccer

I love watching my daughter play kids soccer. It gives me a real joy looking at all those young kids chasing a small leather ball. They are truly playing for the love of the sport. If all people took that approach in life, it would be a better world to live in. I am looking forward to spending a lot of time, going to parks and just enjoying family time. Life is going well, and we are all healthy, and in good spirits. I am trying to locate another place to live, but that seems to be a difficult task. Work is going well, and the weather couldn’t be better. Not a lot going on right now, so I will write some more later. I am planning to go on a camping trip coming up, and I am looking forward to that.

Life on the Road

I have been at the sales job for several months now, and life is very different out on the streets everyday. Most people  have jobs and go into a building  but I get the luxury of seeing the world through the glass of a car. life is funny from the drivers side of  a car. Fortunately I get the opportunity to take some great pictures along the way, and have the great pride of selling some groceries everyday. Life seems to be going well, and my marriage is stronger that it has ever been. Every time I get in this place in life, I am always scared that something is going to happen and mess it all up. Tennis is going well now and life is starting to settle in. I am still in the hunt for the perfect house, and life continues to move in a great direction. I am blessed that my family is healthy and I am in a loving marriage. So back to the road, this job has afforded me the luxuries of meeting people of all walks of life and intermix with some of the best in the food industry. The Southeast Texas way of life, seem to be slower than Houston, and the people more relaxed and ready to sit back and take a break. The biggest problem I have always is chasing the all mighty dollar. It is a curse and a blessing all in one. I really love what I do , but I am always looking  for more money, but lately, I am looking for less money and more of a long term future. The everlasting light of optimism is still burning bright in my soul, and the everlasting quest for money still looms in the shadows, but for know I am taking a backseat to life and destiny.. For all things good come with time and patients with a ample amount of Hard work.

Adam Carolla

As most people know I drive in my truck all day long. Well I came across some new podcast to listen to while I drive. The one that I listen to the most is a guy Named Adam Corolla. He was the host of the Love Line on MTV and was on The Man show. The thing that I love about these podcast is the fact that it is totally raw. They can say anything and do anything without recourse. It is really great, and very entertaining. So, if you need to fill your day will something , then I suggest giving Adam Corolla a listen. You will not be disappointed.

HAMSTER ON THE PROWL

I have just signed up for a tennis League here in the Beautiful Beaumont Texas. I am really excited and have met some really nice people. I am hoping that this will jump start my weight loss program. I have reached the pinnacle 20 pound mark and I am doing everything I can to get the weight off. This includes joining the gym, running, and joining the Tennis League. so, I will let everyone know the progress and report back. My daughter  has just purchased her first Hamster.. It is a miniature hamster and his name is Polo…. That is right ladies and gentlemen, we are in the Hamster business. She is really excited , but to be honest I do not think that the hamster has a change. My feisty four year old is destine to give that pool POLO  hell. She really likes it , but does not understand the meaning of Soft hands, and the poor guy is on borrowed time. anyway , I will report back, and let you know what the status of poor POLO and all that his life will become.
